Delivery

The order shall be processed within an average timeframe of five business days following the date of the order.

With the exception of special circumstances or the unavailability of one or more products, the ordered products shall be delivered in a single delivery.

Deliveries are made by an independent carrier.

The Customer is bound to verify the condition of the delivered products upon receipt of his/her order.

Deliveries may not be made either to hotels or to post office boxes.
 

In France

Deliveries shall be made by DPD, with the Customer being able to have his/her parcel delivered to his/her home. Delivery delays are from 48 hours to 72hours. We make shipment everyday except the week-end.

Price for delivery in France (Taxes included):

Outside France, the delivery expenses are specified on the www.dumas-paris.com website and are expressed inclusive of taxes (inclusive of all taxes).

These expenses are assumed by the Customer and are invoiced in addition to the sale price of the products. Prior to the final recording of his/her order, the Customer will be informed of the delivery expenses relating to his/her order and payment of the total amount will be requested from the Customer.

In Europe

Together with its DPD partner Dumas Paris can also send orders to the following zones with the delivery delays from 48 hours to 5 working days:

• Zone 1 : Germany, Belgium, Luxemburg, The Netherlands
• Zone 2 : Austria, Spain, Italy
• Zone 3 : Croatia, Danemark, Estonia, Hungary, Irland, Lettonia, Lituania, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Norway
• Zone 4 : Greece, Finland, Bulgaria, Romania
• Zone 5 (Tax excl) : Swizerland, Lichtenstein, anglo-normande islands, Great Britain
• Zone 6 : European islands: Baleares (Spain, Sardaigna & Sicilia (Italy)

For all deliveries outside these countries and especially for Russia, the shipping lead-times and expenses may vary according to the destination country. The customer shall send a request on Dumas custumer relationship: serviceclient@dumas-paris.com. The Dumas store shall provide you with the information as soon as reasonably possible.
